This Cookie Policy applies to web products operated by Aquaduct Data Strategies LLC and its registered DBAs, currently Aquaduct Cascade. The Runner’s Review iOS application does not use browser cookies and is not subject to this policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit. They allow the website to remember your preferences, maintain your session, and (in some cases) analyze how you use the site.
We also use related tracking technologies including local storage, session storage, and pixel beacons (collectively referred to in this policy as “cookies” unless otherwise specified).
2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the platform to function. You cannot opt out of these cookies while using Aquaduct Cascade.

2.3 Analytics and Telemetry
Aquaduct Cascade uses link-beacon telemetry to understand how users interact with vendor links and benefit resources within the platform. This is described in detail in the Aquaduct Cascade Annex, Section 2.4.

Aquaduct Cascade does not use:

2.4 Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services embedded in or linked from Aquaduct Cascade.

Aquaduct Data Strategies LLC does not control third-party cookies. To opt out of cookies set by these providers, please review their respective privacy policies.
3. Cookies We Do Not Use
Aquaduct Cascade does not use:
- Advertising or targeting cookies — We do not serve or participate in behavioral advertising
- Cross-site tracking cookies — We do not track your activity on other websites
- Social media tracking pixels (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analytics cookies that transmit personal data to third parties beyond what is described in Section 2.4
4. Runner’s Review (iOS Application)
The Runner’s Review iOS application does not use browser cookies. It is a native iOS application and does not set cookies on your device. Data practices specific to Runner’s Review are described in the Runner’s Review Annex.
5. How to Control Cookies
5.1 Browser Settings
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Links to major browser cookie management:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, Search and Services → Cookies
Blocking strictly necessary cookies (Section 2.1) will prevent you from logging into Aquaduct Cascade.
5.2 Opt Out of Link-Beacon Telemetry (Cascade Users)
Link-beacon telemetry in Cascade is first-party and does not have a browser-level cookie that can be selectively blocked. To opt out of link-beacon tracking:
- California residents: Submit a CCPA rights request per Cascade Annex Section 7 — “CCPA Rights Request — Cascade”
- All users: Email strategies@aquaductdata.com with the subject “Opt Out — Cascade Telemetry”
We will process opt-out requests within 30 days and confirm when complete.
5.3 Third-Party Opt-Out
To opt out of cookies set by Auth0 or Stripe, please use the opt-out mechanisms provided by those companies:
- Auth0: auth0.com/privacy
- Stripe: stripe.com/privacy
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies or tracking technologies we use. Material changes will be notified per the procedure in the master Privacy Policy, Section 13.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects when it was last changed.
